My name is James Tille. I am the owner of Tille’s Ceramic Coating LLC. While owning my trucking company and tendering liquid fertilizer for a local co-operative. I noticed how rusty my frame rail became, wanting to prevent that from happening again I was faced with either repainting or covering them up. I went on a mission to find something to protect them, finding the best ceramic coating for ag equipment, ROAR Coatings. After talking to installers, customers and also the owner of the company. I decided to try it on my own equipment. After that I knew I wanted to provide this product and service to others. Providing added value and protection to their investments and assets.
I have worked on all sides of the Ag equipment world. From working a wash bay to assembling field cultivators, to mechanical work on combines and planters for CASE IH, to field service work on everything between tractors to combines and sprayers for Ziegler CAT, and tendering agronomy equipment for local co-op with my own semi. The one thing I always notice is how damaging UV rays are to the single stage paint used on most farm equipment, not to mention the effects of the chemicals need for farming. Ceramic coating will save you hours of washing and waxing your farm equipment after season and will also add valve to assets when it is time to trade them in.
